Job Description

Employment Summary

Stagecoach is seeking experienced, friendly and safety conscious drivers for our Thurso depot located at Lover Lane, Thurso, KW14 7EQ.

Pay: £14.60 per hour during training, £16.50 per hour for overtime (hours above 42 per week). Apportionment: 5 days out of 7 shift pattern. Annual earnings: £30,500 based on 42 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
  • Ensure every passenger has a safe and enjoyable journey.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, helping people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Create a welcoming environment and look after passengers, especially those who rely on us most.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 and hold a PCV licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a brilliant team.
