Quality Control Analyst Key Responsibilities What you ll be doing:
- Carrying out lab tests on raw materials, packaging, and finished products to support production and product release.
- Following SOPs closely and working to cGMP standards reporting anything unusual and logging any lab issues promptly.
- Recording test results clearly and accurately, keeping all documentation up to date and in line with quality standards.
- Using and maintaining lab equipment like HPLC, and handling any troubleshooting when needed.
- Helping update SOPs, support investigations, write reports, and put corrective actions in place.
- Getting involved in improvement projects to help streamline testing and solve recurring issues.
- Supporting audits and inspections when needed, answering questions and helping with any follow-up.
- Making sure everything you do follows site procedures and global company policies.
What You ll Bring: Qualifications:
- HND or degree in a relevant science subject.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience working in a cGMP and regulated lab environment.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable using lab equipment, instruments, and computers.
- Good technical writing skills for reports, SOPs, and change controls.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
