QA Strategy Leader – AI Testing & Offshore UAT

Job Description

Oceanic Catering seeks a senior QA leader to define and own the QA strategy for ShipSure, evolving QA into a full quality function. You will build capability across automated and manual testing and establish UAT capabilities, including offshore/India-based teams to balance UK capacity.

You will embed quality throughout the AI-assisted SDLC, ensure test cases map to Given/When/Then criteria, and lead a global QA team, driving metrics and release confidence.
