Connect Appointments are seeking a Sales & Accounts Assistant for work with our established client in Broxburn on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday

Working within an established team, the successful candidate will ensure the ongoing efficiency of fulfilling both internal requirements and customer requests. As a Sales & Accounts Assistant, you will also be responsible for:

  • Following internal processes that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • Assisting with customer service, credit control and admin duties
  • Providing customers with quotes

The successful Sales & Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Previous SAGE Accounts 50 experience
