Royal London is seeking a Proposition Manager to support customer migration initiatives within the UK Customer business unit, part of the Solutions Design & Experience Development team. The role focuses on shaping proposition strategy, end-to-end development and governance to deliver improved customer outcomes.

You will work cross-functionally using data and insights, contribute to the retirement strategy and support agile delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and inclusive design.
