Overview

This leading Scottish firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its tier one Clean Energy team in Edinburgh. You will be involved in advising developers, investors and funders on a mixture of transactional and advisory work. Candidates with real estate experience and an interest in the clean energy sector may be well suited to this position; experience in dealing with clean energy transactions is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. The client base boasts some of the key players in the renewable energy industry. This role would also be of interest to those looking to become dual qualified as there is the opportunity to gain exposure to English property matters. The team is one of the largest within the firm and comprises highly experienced Solicitors and this role offers the opportunity to build your skill base within this very specialist and emerging area. Responsibilities

  • Advise developers, investors and funders on a mixture of transactional and advisory work in the Clean Energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Real estate experience is valued; experience in clean energy transactions is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Interest in the clean energy sector and willingness to develop expertise in energy-related matters.
