Your new role
As the Property Services Administrator, you will support the wider Property Services team to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service. Your duties will include coordinating reactive repairs, maintaining accurate databases, raising work orders, organising inspections, processing tenant recharges, and supporting the management of void properties.You will handle customer enquiries, liaise with contractors and external agencies, assist with gas safety compliance, process invoices, support health and safety record keeping, and provide general administrative and reception cover when required. This is a varied role where no two days are the same and where your organisation and communication skills will make a real difference.
