Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Team Leader / Site Supervisor on behalf of a local authority in Aberdeen. The role leads a multi-skilled maintenance team across housing and non-housing properties, coordinating materials and ensuring safe, high quality delivery of works.

You will liaise with officers, contractors and external partners to resolve issues and drive continuous service improvements, with responsibilities including RAMS, safety compliance and performance monitoring.
