Property Factoring Coordinator – Customer Service Focus
Location: Glasgow / Hybrid Option
Salary: EVH Grade 6

We’re looking for a Property Factoring Coordinator to join our busy services team. This is a key role supporting homeowners and sharing owners, providing guidance, resolving enquiries, and managing the administration of property factoring services.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for owner enquiries, providing clear, friendly, and professional support.
- Manage factoring administration including records, correspondence, invoicing, and statistics.
- Support debt recovery processes and manage high-value arrears cases.
- Assist with major works projects, homeowner welcome packs, and shared equity administration.
- Collaborate across teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver quality services.
- Help drive customer engagement and support vulnerable homeowners.
- Ensure accurate logging of enquiries, complaints, and actions in our management systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with administration, record-keeping, or property services is an advantage.
- Confidence working with debt management and legal processes is desirable.
