Property Administrator – Retail Estate (Flexible Hours)

Job Description

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is seeking a Property Administrator to support the effective management of our retail property portfolio across Scotland. You will provide comprehensive administrative support alongside the Property Lead, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed at every step.

You will maintain property records, compliance documentation, asset registers and schedules, helping ensure our estates stay safe and fit for purpose.
