Project Manager, Hamilton, Salary £45,000 to £65,000 per annum + Company Car + Annual Bonus + Company Pension!

Project Manager required to work with our client, a leading construction company specialising in civil engineering contracts across Scotland. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving successful project delivery and client relationships.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing multiple contracts to ensure contract delivery to expected timescales and standards.
  • Developing and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Project planning including scheduling resources and materials.
  • Manage project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Lead and guide projects, motivating the team to achieve deliver results and meet timescales.

Requirements of the role:

  • A strong background working within the construction and civil engineering industry managing i.e. road planning and surfacing projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of road construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
