Job Description

Overview

Our client, based in the Central Belt and a global leader in flow control solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee NNB project contracts. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of project delivery – Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost – while ensuring alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in executing project tasks.
  • Lead project delivery from planning through to completion.
  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and communication across stakeholders.
  • Monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage meetings, documentation, and technical queries.
  • Oversee design and manufacture of pumps, motors, and components.
  • Produce regular reports and maintain high HSEQ standards.

Success Measures

  • Achievement of project KPIs and milestones.
  • Strong profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Effective cross-department collaboration.
  • Continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Engineering background with major project experience.
  • HNC or higher in engineering.
  • Full lifecycle project management experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Prince2 or equivalent preferred.
