Job Description
We are currently looking for an Mechanical or Electrical PM for an M&E client in Scotland.
The role will involve working away from home 2-4days per week depending on location as the work is based in Dumfries.
All meals paid plus 20% uplift on an already attractive package of £80-£95K plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the MEP aspects of Commerical projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and MEP subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with MEP expertise.
- Strong background in residential apartment developments.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate MEP installations effectively.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
