Job Description

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and experienced individual to become a Project Engineer with our Glasgow-based client!

What’s on offer:

  • Up to 45,000 per annum
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 4,000 car allowance
  • 11% pension
  • Generous annual leave allowance

Our client is a highly successful engineering solution provider, and are now in a position to add a Project Engineer to their dedicated E&M team.

The successful Project Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Conducting reviews of project proposals and objectives
  • Producing reports on progress of works and making recommendations
  • Procurement and other site activities
  • Providing training on electrical safety rules and isolation safety rules
  • Site surveying, measuring, and resolving any issues as they arise

You will also need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a similar project-based role
  • Degree (or equivalent) within Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Full driving licence (essential)
