UK Driving Licence

What you will do

We are seeking to appoint a Project Co ordinator to support continued implementation of the Primary Care Improvement Plan (PCIP) of work. You will work closely with the Primary Care Transformation Team and the five Multi Disciplinary Team Services (Pharmacotherapy, Community Treatment and Care, MSK Physiotherapy, Mental Health Practitioners, and Community Link Workers/Connectors) to support the implementation, development and maintenance of tasks relating to the PCIP.

The Project Co ordinator will play a key role in supporting an ambitious portfolio programme of work, working as part of a dynamic team that has been established to support and coordinate the key actions required to deliver this programme of work.

Qualifications

Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience in a related field along with experience of managing projects. Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector, candidates are required to have excellent planning, coordination and organisation skills with excellent negotiation, influencing and high levels of drive and enthusiasm.
