Your new company
A well known private sector organisation. This company are a household name who are instantly recognisable within their market.
Your new role
As a programme manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide-reaching programme of work which will impact the company’s customers for years to come. You will oversee the upgrade of core systems within the business by tracking progress, managing implementation and removing blockers to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. You will also be an adept manager of key stakeholders and able to set expectations and illicit buy-in at all levels, in order to ensure the implementation is carried out successfully and with maximum efficiency.
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

  • Previous experience as an enterprise level Programme manager is essential.
  • You will have previous experience of implementation of key infrastructure, in particular having implemented fibre broadband upgrades and all associated cabling requirements.
  • Able to work with stakeholders and maximise efficiency.
  • Able to work to targets and manage finances to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
  • Setup and define the key programme milestones and gain buy in from stakeholders, managing expectations and delivery teams to ensure these are achieved.
  • Materials management experience
  • Effective risk management.
