Rate of pay: $15.00 – $19.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives in assigned focus area.
- Provide direct instruction, coaching and supervision of participants.
- Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
- Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
- Monitor and assess participant progress; maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-lingual skills.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families. Youth programming, coaching, or instruction field.
- One-year experience in related program field.
