Production Team Leader
Salary: 32,000 – 36,000 (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts (Days & Backshift)
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to support daily operations in our fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. You’ll lead a diverse team, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with a positive team spirit.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet production and quality goals.

Plan and allocate staff according to workload and priorities.

About You

Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.

Confident, hands-on leader with strong people skills.

Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
