Production Operator – Precast Concrete
Location: Newbridge, Edinburgh
Pay Rate: 13 per hour
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday Early or Day Shift

Your Role
Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality concrete precast products.
Prepare and maintain moulds in line with product specifications.
Pour and finish concrete according to specified standards and procedures.
Pour and finish concrete to exact standards.
Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues.
Support with manually loading/unloading materials OR operation of an overhead crane system to relocate heavier items.
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar hands-on role.
Confidence using tools and machinery.
Strong awareness of health & safety.
A reliable, team-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills.
A degree of fitness as manual handling and physical movement a huge part of the role
