Job Description

ProMatch is exclusively supporting a leading employee owned seafood producer based in Alness, supplying high quality, responsibly sourced Scottish salmon to major UK retailers. With over 30 years in the Highlands, the business is known for its strong values, community roots and commitment to doing things the right way.

There are now immediate opportunities available for Production Operatives to join their growing team.

Full time and part time applicants (2-3 days per week) are welcome.

  • Overtime at £20.18 per hour after 37.5 hours, and £26.90 per hour on Sundays

About the Role

You’ll be part of a fast paced production team processing fresh salmon to meet customer specifications. Tasks may include filleting, trimming, portioning, packing and preparing value added products.

You’ll work in a chilled environment with high hygiene and quality standards – and you’ll be fully supported to build your skills and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in food processing or manufacturing is helpful but not essential. We welcome transferable skills from other industries, especially if you’re reliable, hardworking and keen to learn.
