As we continue to grow and expand, we’re looking for a Product Team Lead to join our team.

Your Role

As the Product Team Lead, you will design, develop, and manage exceptional small-group tour products. Your role will be central to ensuring our tours are inspiring, operationally sound, legally compliant and commercially viable. You will be responsible for building detailed routes and itineraries, and ensuring all products operate within legal driver hours and operational constraints.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design new small group tour itineraries aligned with the Rabbie’s brand, customer expectations, and regional storytelling.
  • Review and refine existing products to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Own products from concept through launch and ongoing performance management.
  • Create detailed route plans including driving distances, journey times, stop durations, and contingency options.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with costs & margins
  • Strong written communication skills for clear itinerary and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Driver Guides to ensure products are clearly documented and smoothly delivered.
  • Produce detailed operational notes, timings, and handover documentation for each tour.
  • Support training and briefing of Driver Guides on new or updated itineraries
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Support pricing decisions through cost analysis and itinerary structure.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential

  • Experience in tour operations, product management, or itinerary planning within tourism.
  • Strong understanding of route planning, timing, and logistical constraints.
  • Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Legal & Geographical Regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Operational and commercial realities of small-group touring
