Prison Workshop Leader & Skills Coach

Job Description

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an Instructor (Band 3) to join the team at HMP Stocken. You will supervise prisoners in non-specialist workshop environments, ensuring safe, secure and high-quality delivery of activities to support rehabilitation and skills development.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and prisoners. This is a temporary contract with a pay rate of £15.40 per hour and up to 37 hours per week, based
