Print Production Supervisor – Glasgow – £25k to £30k pa depending on experience
Job Description
A substantial printing company seeks a multi skilled and hands on Production Supervisor to oversee their expanding print production team.
We are looking for an experienced, talented and ambitious individual to design and lead the production environment. You will be an effective Production Supervisor with experience in the print and/or mailing arena; direct mail experience is a bonus.
The role requires a methodical, professional leader possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion for operational effectiveness. You will have demonstrable experience managing and developing a broadly skilled team, and shaping, guiding, and enhancing manufacturing processes.
You will manage the day to day operation of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an effective workflow, guidelines and practical manufacturing policies. Your track record must include responsibility and measurable impact within the printing industry, with proven experience and aptitude in running a diverse department.
This position is also open to candidates from outside the printing industry.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Production Supervisor in the print and/or mailing industry.
