Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocating work and ensuring delivery against plan
- Delivering high-quality electrical engineering tasks to schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with national and international codes of practice, legislation, and company/client standards and procedures
- Managing obsolescence
- Producing surveys, load lists, equipment specifications, equipment sizing calculations, and scope of work for equipment refurbishment
Technical Experience:
- Good knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements within the discipline
- Significant engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector
- Extensive knowledge of UK legislation and standards
- Competence in requirements for installation of equipment in process plants involving potentially explosive areas
- Awareness of risk identification, quantification, management, and HSE requirements
