Job Description

Capco in the UK is seeking a Principal Backend Engineer (Java) to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable backend platforms for global financial clients. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and ensure cloud-native solutions using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.

You’ll join Capco’s Technology & Engineering group in Scotland, working hybrid from Glasgow or Edinburgh, with opportunities to shape engineering standards and deliver high impact results across client engagements.
