Berkeley Scott is recruiting a Sous Chef for a prestigious 4-star hotel in Glasgow. This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour week with service charge and benefits including discounted rooms, F&B and leisure, plus complimentary meals on duty.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, train staff, and ensure top-tier food quality and presentation in a busy environment.
