Job Description

Oakview Medical Practice seeks a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. The role is primarily based at the Vale Centre for Health & Care in Alexandria, with some sessions at Renton Integrated Healthy Living Centre.

The successful candidate will be an RGN- qualified nurse, registered with the NMC. Experience in practice nursing is desirable, with focus on chronic disease management and patient-centered care.
