We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team here within the health centre.
About the Practice
- Location: Springburn Health Centre, 200 Springburn Way, Glasgow G21 1TR
- Practice list size: 3,000 patients
- Team consists of: 1 GP Partner, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 1 Health Care Assistant, Practice Manager and admin team
- EMIS and Docman Practice
Key Responsibilities
- Chronic disease management
- Cervical screening
- Sexual health
- Contraception
- All other aspects of practice nursing
Requirements
- Experienced in all aspects of chronic disease management, cervical screening, sexual health, contraception, and practice nursing
