Postdoc: Underwater LiDAR & CMOS SPAD Imaging

Job Description

Heriot-Watt University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to investigate CMOS SPAD arrays for underwater LiDAR. This fixed-term role (8 months) is based in the Single-Photon Group, which has a history of pioneering quantum imaging and SPAD detector technologies.

The successful candidate will characterise CMOS SPAD arrays and contribute to underwater single-photon imaging research, with potential follow-up funding.
