Job Description

£17.85/hr PAYE + Rolled up Holiday Pay + Pension

Duties will include:

Delivery of repairs & maintenance to citywide domestic & commercial properties including bathroom & kitchen upgrades.

Working in a team with the ability to use your own iniative to deliver efficient quality service.

Requirements:

• NVQ/SVQ 3
• CSCS Gold Card
• Drivers License
• Experience with Construction sites
• Experience working with Local Authority

Shifts are:

• MON – THU:
• FRI: 0800- 13.00

Direct PAYE Contracts: pay + holidays + pension. Not Umbrella or CIS – NO payroll fees
