Platform Engineer: AWS, Java Backend & Observability

Job Description

Barclays BX UK in Glasgow is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, develop and improve software and infrastructure. You will own Java backend tooling, AWS infra, and CI/CD pipelines, working with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver scalable, observable, cost-efficient cloud solutions.

You will contribute to secure coding practices, perform code reviews and help deploy vendor products at enterprise scale.
