Job Description

7am-7pm Monday-Friday, with weekend shifts once intake has commenced

  • Work duties will include tipping of lorries into correct intake bins
  • Grain drying
  • Assisting with the storage of grain bulks
  • General site housekeeping and hygiene to meet company policies

Key requirements:

  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • Basic computer skills, especially when programming equipment and ensuring machine controls are set correctly.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Good team player.
  • Be able to work without supervision.
  • Retention Bonus.
  • Experience of working for a Certified B Corporation accredited company.
  • Guaranteed full time work in the harvest period.
  • You would gain some valuable experience of a busy working environment with involvement in risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
  • On-site parking.
