Job Description

8am-5pm Monday-Friday exclusive of harvest, then 7am-7pm during intake including weekends

  • Work duties will involve tipping lorries into the correct barley holding bins.
  • Grain drying.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene on the intakes throughout the day.

Key requirements:

  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • Basic computer skills, especially when programming equipment and ensuring machine controls are set correctly.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Good team player.
  • Be able to work without supervision.
  • Retention Bonus.
  • Experience of working for a Certified B Corporation accredited company.
  • Guaranteed full time work in the harvest period.
  • You would gain some valuable experience of a busy working environment with involvement in risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
  • On-site parking.
