Job Description

Manpower has an exciting opportunity for Plant Operatives to join our client in Falkirk with an immediate start.

This role will be working – Tuesday – Friday 6am – 6pm

Every 3rd week would be Nightshift 6pm – 6am – Monday to Thursday

You will help to ensure the site’s high profile of both a safe working & productive environment. As a Plant Operative you will work in conjunction with the Plant Supervisors, effectively controlling all operations of the site and its assets in the most efficient way possible to best contribute to the output of the site.

Role requirements:

  • Experience of operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
  • Experience of working as part of a team
