Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.
This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis; you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Duties of this role include:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
- Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
- Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
