An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and forward-thinking Pharmacist or existing Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established, locally respected pharmacy business, nestled in a picturesque town setting.

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 9am-5.30pm (closed for lunch 1pm – 2pm) OR possibly Wednesday – Saturday 9am-5.30pm

Key Duties:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on clinical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver high-quality patient consultations and medication services, while providing trusted healthcare advice to the local community.
  • Monitor and improve pharmacy performance through effective stock management, budget control, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Support and lead the pharmacy team, encouraging a positive workplace culture and continuous professional development.

Package and Benefits:

  • Non-IP Pharmacist: £52,000p/a (inc. NQ’d Pharmacists)
  • IP Pharmacist £64,000p/a (Inc. IP retention payment)
  • 34 days holiday per year (includes public holidays)
  • GPHC fees paid
  • Additional bonus opportunity

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • MUST have knowledge of the Scottish contract
  • Essential: Qualified Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration
  • T2 Visa available
