Join a rapidly expanding pharmacy group dedicated to delivering top-tier NHS and private services to communities across Scotland!

Our esteemed client is in search of a dynamic GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to spearhead operations at their branch in Falkirk (FK14), ideally to start in September 2024. In this role, you will join a well-established team and ensure the seamless running of the pharmacy, dispensing circa 4,000 items per month and elevating its services to new heights.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 5 days per week. The branch operates Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturday (9am to 1pm), and closes for lunch between 1-2pm.

  • Competitive Salary & Package: Up to £56,000 supplemented by a yearly bonus of up to £6,000 depending on experience and Independent Prescribing qualification. You will also receive a great benefits package including GPhC fees paid.
  • IP Support: As a testament to our client s commitment to your professional growth, this role offers the opportunity to undertake the independent prescribing qualification, with full financial support from the client!
  • Visa Sponsorship: Our client is open to supporting candidates that require visa sponsorship.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist

  • GPhC registration is essential, with at least 1-year post-registration experience in Scotland.
  • An Independent Prescriber or someone eager to obtain the qualification this is a must.
  • Ideally possess MUR accreditation and ProScript proficiency.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist

  • Ensure high standards and meet targets consistently.
  • Efficiently manage prescription fulfilment.
  • Oversee vital services like pharmacy first and NHS services.
  • Provide daily support to the team.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, customers, and care homes.
  • Drive pharmacy growth and profitability through strategic initiatives while maintaining legal and ethical standards.
