Personal Injury Solicitor/Executive
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: 45,000+ (DOE)
Simpson Judge have partnered with an international law firm for an exciting opening that offers hands-on experience with complex matters, the chance to support a leading Partner directly, and the opportunity to independently manage your own caseload of general insurance claims.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking enthusiastic legal professionals who are ready to hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A proven track record handling a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defender and/or recoveries work.
- Confidence managing third-party claims, with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Experience overseeing litigated files end-to-end is advantageous, though not essential.
- A solid understanding of Personal Injury Claims-preferably on the Defendant side-though candidates from a Pursuer background are also encouraged to apply
- A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed performance targets.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll manage a broad and busy caseload through our case management system, working on a range of matters including:
- Motor Claims
- Recoveries
- Credit Hire
- Suspected Fraud
