The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage your own caseload while supporting clients through the litigation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Conducting Sheriff Court and ASPIC litigation
- Drafting court documents, pleadings and client correspondence
- Appearing in court where appropriate
- Instructing and liaising with Counsel
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout their claims
- Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
- Has at least 1 year’s PQE in personal injury litigation
- Has experience handling Sheriff Court and ASPIC cases
- Is confident managing their own caseload
- Has experience with advocacy and instructing Counsel
- Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
- Is organised and capable of managing competing deadlines
- Is comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
