Personal Injury Solicitor (1+ year)
A growing litigation team is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor (1+ PQE) with a solid PI background to join its expanding practice in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, fatal accident claims, product liability and industrial disease cases. The role involves client meetings, liaising with insurers and experts, preparing court documents, negotiating settlements and attending court as required.
About You
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least 1 year PQE in personal injury. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of the PI claims process and legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A client-focused approach and commitment to clear, practical advice
