GCIL (South Lanarkshire) is hiring a Personal Care Assistant to support Luca in Rutherglen with college commutes and daily routines. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and building a trusting relationship, with flexibility on two set days per week and specific morning/evening slots.

Ideal candidates are patient, calm, and able to read non-verbal cues; experience with autism is welcome but not required, as full guidance will be provided.
