Job Description

Ayrshire Independent Living Network in Kilmarnock is seeking a compassionate Male Support Worker (Person Centred) to support a young man who is neurodiverse and lives at home with his family. The role focuses on home-based support to build trust and a strong relationship.

Over time, duties extend into the local community to help access activities safely, widen social connections and foster confidence and independence, with a consistent, patient, person-centred approach.
