Performance Swimming Coach – Pathway & Development Lead

Job Description

BUCS is seeking a Performance Development Swimming Coach in partnership with the University of Stirling to lead a designated group of performance swimmers and contribute to HP1 & HP2 training programmes.

You will work within Scottish Swimming pathways to deliver aligned training, monitor progress, and support competition preparation, wellbeing, and academic balance for athletes within a high-performance environment.
