Pensions Solicitor (2-5 years’)

The Role
You’ll advise a diverse client base across a wide range of pensions matters, including:
- Defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
- Trustee and employer advisory work
- Group pensions and master trusts
- Buy-in and buy-out transactions
- Longevity and insurance arrangements
- Pensions issues arising from corporate transactions
- Contentious pensions matters, working closely with specialist colleagues where required

About You
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
- Between 2-5 years’ PQE with experience gained in a recognised pensions practice
- Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in pensions law
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive approach with strong organisational abilities
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An enthusiasm for business development and building long-term client relationships
