Job Description

Connect Appointments is recruiting PCB Soldering Operatives to join an established manufacturing business based in Livingston on a temporary ongoing basis.

  • Ongoing temporary position
  • £12.71 per hour, paid weekly

As a PCB Soldering Operative, your duties will include:

  • Hand soldering SMT components to a consistently high standard
  • Assembling and repairing electronic PCBs
  • Carrying out fault finding and repair of electronic assemblies
  • Performing mechanical assembly tasks as required
  • Following technical diagrams and drawings accurately throughout production

To be considered as a PCB Soldering Operative, you will need:

  • Proven experience in PCB hand soldering and SMT component work
  • Knowledge of aerospace, military or medical industry standards
  • Experience in fault finding and electronic repair
  • The ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings accurately
  • A precise, detail-focused approach to work
