Hybrid working + 4-day work week with Fridays off

JGA Recruitment is working on behalf of an Edinburgh-based organisation who are seeking a talented Payroll Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client payrolls across various frequencies (weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual) using IRIS (Star).
  • Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation (tax codes, National Insurance, statutory pay, Auto-Enrolment)
  • Support with payroll reconciliations and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure all queries (verbal and written) are resolved promptly.
