Due to continued growth and success, we are recruiting for a pay roll administrator to our team based in Bellshill, Glasgow.

About the role:

  • Manual entry of employee hours
  • Data Entry
  • Updating internal and external system
  • Dealing with pay roll queries
  • Supporting the operations team
  • General admin
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating the company website
  • Processing working amendments.

Previous experience is not essential for this position however we do require:

  • Maths and English A-C
  • Ability to pick up systems and process quickly.
  • A desire to learn and develop.
  • Confident in dealing with collages face to face and over the phone.
  • Confident in using PC and Microsoft Packages
