Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: 25,700 – 27,300 (depending on relevant experience)
Hybrid working: 1 day a week in the office
Permanent, full time role
Cedar is excited to partner with a dynamic accountancy firm with a nationwide presence, seeking a passionate Payroll Associate for their Reading office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances into the payroll database.
- Calculate leavers’ pay for mid-month departures.
- Process P45 forms efficiently.
- Print and distribute payslips.
- Generate and analyse payroll reports.
- Address client payroll queries with professionalism and promptness.
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of payroll experience.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation.
The ideal candidate will have previous practice experience.
