Pastry Junior Sous Chef – Elevate Desserts at a 5-Star Resort

Job Description

The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the Pastry department on a permanent full-time basis. You will craft exquisite dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce and oversee your section with support from senior colleagues.

You will assist with planning menus, train junior chefs, and ensure HACCP and clean, orderly kitchen practices across the department.
