Job Description

About The Role

As part of your role, your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Working Pattern

4 variable shifts per week over 7 days – 4-6 hours per day

Hours can range from 5am starts to 11pm finishes

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
  • Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
  • Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check In, airport security and pre boarding aircraft.
  • In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment

Qualifications

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.

You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employment referencing.
